This week's Creature Feature is Amy of Amy Flying a Kite! This bohemian girl hails from Calgary, Canada, and has been blogging for 4 years! We love her unique, flowy style - and her poetry! Read more below.

I find inspiration in everything. Mostly nature and being in love. Sometimes I close my eyes before writing and little moving pictures float through my head. I'm not entirely sure where they come from but I make sure to write them down.
I really like to write about things that cannot be used in conversation. You probably wouldn't catch me talking about the shape of a teacup, but I might write a poem about it.
2 - Have you learned any valuable life lessons from blogging?
I've learned so many valuable lessons through blogging. The most important thing I have learned was how to love myself. My blog has allowed me to be true and fair to my inner workings. I am free to write how I want, dress how I want, and be who I want. There is nothing in the world like being celebrated for being you!
3 - Out of everything in your wardrobe, what is your one favorite item?
That's a hard question. If I had to pick - I'd probably say my floral crowns. I handpick the flower arrangements and my mum helps me put the crowns together. There is something so freeing about wearing flowers on your head.
4 - What are your New Year's Resolutions and are you holding to any of them?
I want to play my banjo more, take fewer naps and share more poetry with my blog. So far, I haven't commited to any of them, like I should.
5 - What kind of weather do you absolutely despise?
Wind wind wind! I think it is the only thing on earth that makes me want to stay inside & cut my hair. (Long hair on windy days = I look like a monster. )
6 - Define happiness.
To be where you are now.
7 - What's your biggest insecurity?
Giggling too much. I sometimes worry that when people meet me they'll think I'm empty headed or I won't be taken seriously.
My biggest physical insecurity is my belly. There are a few too many chocolate bars turned into rolls living in there.
8 - If a million dollars fell out of the sky and into your lap right now, what would you do with it?
First thing, I'd give money to my folks and the red panda network. Then I would buy a cabin in the woods, a gretsch resonator guitar and a comfier bed to lay on. The rest of the money would go into a savings account to make sure my future babies can eat well.
